It was time for something new here, anyway.

In May, 2009, I switched webhosts, and ended up leaving my entire WordPress database at the old host. They were poor sports and refused to resuscitate it for me, even if I paid them the exorbitant amount that they asked for – I think I’d pissed them off a bit over the years. Anyway, I’m still figuring out what I’ve lost, which links are broken, and what amazing content I’ll never see again. I haven’t found anywhere online that it’s been archived and for that I’m really sorry. I don’t know if I have the energy to fill this website up with content again.

It’s a bit disheartening.

Anyway, hi. I’m Malloreigh. I live in Vancouver, Canada with my roommate and my bicycle. I live for sunshine and love affairs. I like to have conversations. I’m kind of big on the internet.

(At least, I used to be. These days, I spend too much time in the real world.)

If you’re wondering, this is what I look like. Yep, those are all self-portraits. I’m a photographer sometimes. I also make websites, though not with any amount of passion anymore – it’s a chore. I paint and draw and sing and do other artsy things, too, but my real goal is to have academia embrace me as fully as I’ve embraced it. Maybe someday I’ll teach your kids philosophy.
